About this Episode
Jim Ellermeyer is back this week discussing 12 Step Recovery and how it can be used for Behavioral Change. We discuss the first step: admitting that our lives are unmanageable. We look at what identifies an unmanageable live, looking at the definition of insanity and working smarter, not harder in your life, and identifying the ability to ignore what you cannot change in the world, but what you can change in yourself. We talk about step 2 and believing in a power greater than yourself, the ability to recognize our internal power was not working.
